Your equipment will each have a QR code sticker attached to it, which the customer can scan with their smartphone and get instant access to their digital device twin. From there, the customer can choose to log a ticket to request a service, repair or even request parts. Customers can also self-serve and view a range of documents, from cleaning guides to instruction manuals.
